Does it leave my carpet too wet?
It depends on the procedure of each individual company, and products used. Our protocol & products helps us draw out water and dirt. Also we use hot water (Steam Cleaning) which aids in drying time, we will also redo areas if needed after the first pass as it can loosen or soften stubborn heavily tracked areas and dirt, also we can run floor fans to move air to help in speeding up drying time, which we can leave on site, and pick later.
How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
Once every 12 months. For high-traffic areas we recommend once every 6 months or twice a year.
What happens if I don't look after my carpets?
Their life expectancy will be reduced which in the long term will be more expensive, Carpets can last a long time if they are vacuumed regularly and deep cleaned a minimum of every 6 months.
What does your pricing include?
It includes stain removal, spraying a pre treatment on to loosen up dirt and some stains, deep pre vacuum, and some light remediation work.
*Heavy remediation and stain removal work will see an extra cost per room if we are unaware of full condition at the time of service is to commence.

Can you remove all stains from my carpet?
Most stains are removable, but the longer they are there the harder they are to get out. In some cases, some staining may remain.

- If cancelling your service with less than 24 hours notice, cancellation fee applies of $121
- You have sent us your email for invoicing at completion job.
- You are aware not all staining will come out, especially if it has been there for some time, and some stain removers can damage carpet backing.

- Payment is required within 4 days of issue of invoice – which is generally the same day so check your spam box.
