As a business, one of our main purposes is to help people, whether they are landlords, tenants, or property managers, in keeping their houses in good shape.

The Financial Factor:

Nothing is worse for a landlord or tenant than having to spend extra cash on a bond clean that could be avoided. Landlords likely don’t enjoy having to repaint damaged paintwork or replace shower screens due to neglect, especially given the harshness of the water in Tamworth & Gunnedah, which can cause permanent damage to showers.

The Accountability Factor:

Ultimately, the responsibility rests on property managers. Like any manager, they are accountable. If anyone under their watch doesn’t do their job properly, it falls on them. We, as cleaners, can only do so much to get things clean. After a certain point, we might risk damaging items to try to get them clean. We intentionally leave items if we’re concerned about potential damage and communicate that concern to property managers.

We Are All In It Together:

Ultimately, we are all in it together—cleaners, property managers, landlords, and tenants. Each party has a role to play in the upkeep of the property. Our job is to come up with cost-effective ways to help maintain properties, and it’s the property managers’ and landlords’ responsibility to enforce these measures.
