Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?

No – we’ve got you covered! Our team arrives fully equipped with all the cleaning tools and cleaning products needed for the job. Kingdom Kleaning uses our own professional-grade vacuums, mops, and cleaning solutions (including eco-friendly detergents and disinfectants). You don’t need to supply a thing. If you have a special product you’d prefer us to use (for example, a particular floor cleaner or surface spray), we’re happy to use it – but otherwise, leave everything to us. Providing our own equipment ensures consistent quality and saves you the hassle and expense of stocking cleaning supplies at your business.

Can your team clean outside of normal business hours?

Absolutely. We understand that many businesses prefer cleaning to be done after hours or during off-peak times to avoid disrupting staff and customers. We offer very flexible scheduling – early mornings, evenings, or even weekend cleaning can be arranged depending on what suits you best. Our cleaners are used to working outside 9–5 hours. For example, we can come in after your retail store closes, or clean your office late in the evening or before the workday starts. Whatever timing causes the least interruption to your operations, we will accommodate. Are your cleaners fully insured and police-checked?

Do we have to sign a long-term contract?

No, we don’t lock you into any long contracts. Our services are flexible to suit your needs. If you’d like daily or weekly ongoing cleaning, we can certainly schedule that on a continual basis – but it’s not a fixed-term obligation. You are free to adjust or cancel service with reasonable notice if your needs change. We also cater to one-off or short-term jobs (for example, a single deep clean or a few weeks of cleaning during a busy period). Many of our clients choose to stay with us long-term simply because they love the service, not because they have to. Whether you need a one-time clean or ongoing arrangements, we’re happy to work on your terms. We’ll discuss and agree on a plan that works for you, and you’re never tied down beyond that.

Can you handle special cleaning requests or additional services?

Yes – we pride ourselves on being adaptable. If you have any specific requests outside of our standard scope, just ask! We offer more than just basic cleaning. For example, we can: restock toiletries and kitchen supplies, do an occasional deep clean of carpets or upholstery, organise high-pressure exterior cleaning (as outlined in our services), or even tidy up after special events at your office. We understand that each business may have unique needs – maybe you want your boardroom given extra attention before a big meeting, or your cafe’s patio pressure washed monthly. We’ll customise our service accordingly. These additional tasks can often be built into your regular schedule or arranged as needed. We’ll always communicate about any small extra charges if additional time or products are required, but our goal is to be a one-stop solution so you don’t have to juggle multiple providers.

What if something isn't cleaned to my expectations?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you ever find an area that was missed or not up to standard, please let us know right away. Our team performs a final check before leaving each site, but in the rare case something isn’t perfect, we will fix it promptly. We’ll return to re-clean the spot or address the issue as soon as possible, at no extra charge. We value open feedback and see it as an opportunity to keep improving. Before We Arrive

To ensure a smooth and compliant cleaning service within your school or education facility, please prepare the following before our team arrives:

Payment – Your invoice must be paid in full unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Access & Scheduling – Services are scheduled to avoid disruption during school hours unless otherwise arranged. Please confirm suitable access times in advance.
Site Induction – Provide any required site inductions, safety briefings, or sign-in procedures prior to the first service

Safe Access – Ensure gates, classrooms, and facilities to be cleaned are unlocked and accessible at the agreed time, however we can manage this for you.
Sensitive Areas – Notify us of any areas or materials that require special handling or are restricted.
Utilities – Provide access to running water and power.
Hazard Disclosure – We have risk management system in place.
Pets & Animals – If animals are present on-site (e.g. classroom pets), ensure they are secured or relocated during cleaning.

After We Leave

Once the cleaning service has been completed, please follow these guidelines:

Inspection & Sign-Off – Inspect the cleaned areas promptly after completion, we site specific check lisits to manage this.
Workmanship Warranty – An 24-hour workmanship warranty applies from completion. Any concerns must be reported within this timeframe, with timestamped photographic evidence.
Security & Alarms – We are not responsible for security alarms or unattended premises outside of service hours, so please ensure alarm systems are managed appropriately, unless it was an error on our part.
Feedback & Communication – We value your feedback — please contact our team directly for any questions or follow-up requests.
Consistency – For recurring school services, maintain consistent access schedules and communication to ensure reliable service delivery.
